Immigration Medicals

To book an immigration medical please fill out the form below.

Please be aware that immigration medicals, starting September 25, 2023 that are not an insured service have the following fees associated with them:

Medical Exam: $250 (debit/credit card only)
Required Xray: $65.00 (Cash only)
Required Blood Work: $75.50 (Subject to change if more tests are required)
